30-Day Returns — No Questions Asked

If you don't love your SILVR Buds, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return them for a full refund. No questions, no forms, no drama.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@silvrbuds.com with your order number. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with the return address and instructions.

Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, in the condition you received them.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case we cover it and send a replacement or full refund immediately.
• Bundles can be returned in full or partially; partial returns are refunded at the effective per-pair bundle price.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you additionally benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
