Products & orders

• Product images are for illustration; minor variations in finish may occur between production batches.
• We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing error, stock issue) — if payment was taken, it is refunded in full.
• Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

Warranty

SILVR Buds are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact hello@silvrbuds.com with your order number and a photo/video of the issue.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site (branding, images, copy) belongs to UNLIMITED ECOM LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
